Field Executive

We are looking for a Field Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates through field visits, local networking, job fairs, referrals, and other recruitment channels. The candidate will work closely with the HR and operations teams to fulfill manpower requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit local areas to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Source candidates through field visits, referrals, job portals, social media, and local networks.
• Conduct initial screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Explain job roles, salary, working conditions, and company policies to candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and joining formalities.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Follow up with selected candidates until they join.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
• Build relationships with local communities, institutes, employment agencies, and other candidate sources.
• Conduct recruitment drives and job fairs when required.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to approach and interact with candidates confidently.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Target-oriented and energetic.
• Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.
