Job Description – Field Executive

Company: Antique Designs

Position: Field Executive

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Performance Incentive: Up to ₹5,000 per month


Eligibility

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or above.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to travel for field visits.
  • Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.


Job Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned locations as per company requirements.
  • Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Handle field-related activities and daily reporting.
  • Collect and share required information from field visits.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Maintain professional relationships and good coordination.


Salary & Benefits

  • Fixed monthly salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000.
  • Additional incentive: Up to ₹5,000 based on performance.
  • Incentives are linked to work performance and task completion.
  • No sales targets. No sales responsibilities.
