Job Description

Field Executive – Yeshwantpur, BangaloreWe are hiring Male & Female Field Executives for our Yeshwantpur branch. The role involves field visits, customer interaction, lead generation, and promoting products/services. Candidates should be comfortable with field work and know the Kannada language.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit customers and potential clients in the assigned area.
  • Generate leads through field visits and customer interactions.
  • Explain products/services and assist customers with their requirements.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into successful business.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and earn incentives.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: 10th & Above
  • Age: 19–35 Years
  • Gender: Male & Female
  • Kannada language knowledge is mandatory
  • Comfortable with field work
  • Candidates should be willing to travel within the assigned area.

Stipend: ₹17,000 Take Home / Up to ₹25,000 CTC + Incentives

Location: Bajaj Capital, 3rd Floor, Vaishnavi Sapphire Mall, Near Yeshwantpur Metro Station, Bangalore

Preferred Location: Candidates within 10 KM of the job location
