Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
- Find potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct product/service presentations and explain solutions to clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients when required.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, lead generation, and business performance.
