Job Description
- Marketing Manager – Karnataka
- Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer reach, and sales across Karnataka.
- Identify new markets, business opportunities, dealers, distributors, and potential customers.
- Plan and conduct field visits, promotional activities, campaigns, events, and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, vendors, and local stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and monitor customer requirements, competitor activities, pricing, and industry trends.
- Coordinate with the sales team to generate leads and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Prepare regular reports on market visits, campaign performance, leads, expenses, and results.
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, exhibitions, events, and customer visits.
- Take ownership of assigned work and complete responsibilities on time.
- Candidate Requirements
- Must be willing to travel extensively across Karnataka, including outstation travel, as required by the business.
- Should be flexible regarding travel schedules and occasional work outside regular hours, with prior coordination.
- Must work with full interest, dedication, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Should be proactive, self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills are required.
- Knowledge of Karnataka’s local markets and the ability to communicate in Kannada are preferred.
- A valid driving licence and personal vehicle would be an added advantage.
