Job Description
A field recruiter is an HR professional who travels to local areas, job fairs, and community events to find and hire workers in person
Key Duties
- Outreach: Visit local neighborhoods, colleges, or community centers to find job seekers.
- Events: Represent the company at job fairs and trade shows.
- Screening: Conduct fast interviews and explain job roles, pay, and rules.
- Hiring: Guide chosen applicants through the joining and onboarding steps.
