📌 About the RoleBounce is hiring Field Recruiters to support hiring and onboarding of EV delivery drivers / delivery executives for leading delivery platforms such as Swiggy, Blinkit and Zepto.

This is a field-based recruitment role involving candidate sourcing, verification, counselling, onboarding and joining follow-up.

• 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesSource and recruit EV / 2-wheeler delivery drivers through field visits and local sourcing.
• Conduct candidate calling, screening and counselling.
• Explain job details, salary, incentives, working process and joining requirements.
• Mobilize candidates from nearby locations and local markets.
• Coordinate EV vehicle onboarding / allocation for eligible delivery partners.
• Complete candidate documentation and verification.
• Coordinate with candidates until they complete onboarding and start working.
• Maintain daily recruitment and joining reports.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.
• Build local candidate networks through references, field visits and other sourcing channels.
• Work closely with operations and delivery teams to close manpower requirements.
• 👤 Candidate Profile0–3 years of experience in recruitment, field sales, delivery hiring, manpower sourcing, BDE, telecalling or field operations.
• Freshers with good communication and willingness to work in the field can also apply.
• Experience in hiring Swiggy / Blinkit / Zepto delivery executives will be an advantage.
• Candidates from staffing, recruitment, gig workforce, logistics, e-commerce or delivery companies preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with field work.
• Must be comfortable using a smartphone and basic applications.
• Knowledge of Bangalore local areas is an advantage.
