Job Description

📋 Job Description – Paytm Field Sales Executive (FSE)Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Paytm POS machines to merchants in assigned areas
  • Identify and onboard new shopkeepers, retailers, and small businesses
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by the team lead
  • Maintain merchant relationships and provide after‑sales support
  • Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals
  • Report daily activities, leads, and closures to the manager

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Field Sales, Banking/Finance, Telecom, FMCG, Retail, or E‑commerce merchant acquisition preferred
  • Strong communication skills (Kannada + basic English)
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Smartphone with internet connection (mandatory)
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred)
  • Willingness to travel locally within Bengaluru

Earnings:

  • Incentive‑based: ₹30,000–₹50,000 per month (average performers)
  • High performers can earn ₹60,000+ monthly
