LENSKART HOME TRY-ON (HTO) FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE
Role Overview:
Visit customers at their homes, perform preliminary eye power checks, and help them select the right frames and lenses while driving sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Appointments
- Attend up to 6-7 appointments daily
- Travel to customer homes using your two-wheeler
Equipment Handling
- Carry company-provided kit bag
- Includes: Refraction tools, Machines, iPad and Frames and lenses
Kit weight: 15–20 kg (optimized to 15 kg)
Eye Check & Sales
- Conduct preliminary eye checks
- Recommend suitable frames and lenses
- Convert consultations into sales
Lead Generation
- 60% Company Leads
- 40% Self-Generated Leads
Training Program
- Classroom Training (25 Days)
- Eye Fundamentals
- Machine & Tool Handling
- Product Knowledge
- Sales Process Training
- Field Training (8–10 Days)
- Practical Exposure
- Buddy Support & Shadowing
- Go Live From Month 2
