Job Description

Generate new leads for Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Personal Loans, Business Loans, and other financial products.

Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, references, and field visits.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, tenure, documentation, and process clearly to customers.

Collect and verify basic customer and property documents.

Coordinate with banks/NBFCs and the internal credit/processing team.

Follow up regularly with customers until loan sanction and disbursement.

Maintain proper records of leads, applications, and customer follow-ups.

Develop relationships with customers, builders, real-estate agents, CAs, DSA partners, and other referral sources.

Achieve monthly lead, login, sanction, and disbursement targets.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships
