PhonePe is hiring for the position of Field Sales Executive
📍Location: PAN India
Job Requirements:-
Role: Field Sales / B2C Sales
-Job Responsibility: Shop-to-shop sales and customer acquisition.
-Experience: Minimum 1 year of B2C sales experience (Freshers are not eligible).
-Age Criteria: 18–35 years.
📝-Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
-Language Requirement: Hindi and local/native language proficiency required
📌Mandatory Requirements:-
- Valid Driving License
- Own Bike
- Proper documents from previous company
Compensation & Targets:-
- Salary Structure: Performance/Target-based
- Budget: Upto ₹4.5 LPA(based upon your current salary package & interview performance)
-5,500 Travel Allowance + 300 mobile allowance + uncapped incentives
