Job Description
- TeamLease is hiring for its Client for Commercial Vehicle sales
- Openings for Both Sales Executive (2-6 years exp) and Senior Sales Executive (6+ years exp)
- Location : Bangalore (Field Sales)
- Aggressive Incentives
- Monday to Saturday
- No need to report to office daily
- Commercial Vehicle or any Automobile Sales background : Prior experience in commercial vehicle or automobile sales is strongly preferred. Candidates exposed to Bus, Truck, HCV/HD, Haulage, Tipper, LCV/LMD or other commercial vehicles, 2 wheelers, 3 wheelers, 4 wheelers or any automobile vehicle sales.
- Field Sales + Self Lead Generation : This is a field-oriented sales role. Candidates should be comfortable identifying prospective customers, conducting market visits, generating their own leads, following up and converting opportunities.
- Customer-facing consultative selling : The right person should be comfortable meeting customers, understanding their vehicle/business requirements, explaining products, conducting demonstrations/test drives, handling objections, following up and closing. Relevant customer exposure can include fleet owners, transporters, businesses, contractors and institutional customers.
- Performance mindset and stability : The client places strong emphasis on attitude, growth mindset, enthusiasm, adaptability, resilience and proactive effort.
