Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential B2B clients through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
• Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Meet clients to understand their requirements and explain our products or services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with clients as per company guidelines.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates on sales performance and market feedback.

Requirements

• Any graduate or equivalent qualification.
• Freshers and candidates with experience in B2B sales are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
