Job SummaryNoBroker is looking for energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our growing sales team in Hyderabad. The role involves field visits, lead generation, customer interaction, property solutions, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesConduct daily field visits to meet property owners and potential customers.
• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and assigned leads.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable NoBroker property solutions.
• Explain NoBroker products, services, pricing, and subscription plans.
• Schedule and conduct property/site visits.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and property owners.
• Negotiate effectively and drive closures within the assigned territory.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Update customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and closure.
• Maintain knowledge of the local property market and competitor activities.
• Requirements10th/12th pass or Graduate.
• 1 months–3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2C Sales, or a similar customer-facing role preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Good customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Two-wheeler and valid Driving Licence mandatory.
• Good knowledge of the local area.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
