Job Description

  • Visit different locations to identify potential customers and generate new business leads.
  • Meet property owners, tenants, and prospective clients to understand their requirements.
  • Explain Vallee Space services, property details, and business offerings to customers.
  • Conduct property visits and coordinate site inspections.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with property owners and customers.
  • Follow up with interested leads through calls and personal meetings.
  • Negotiate with customers and assist in closing successful deals.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, field visits, and sales activities.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer service.
