Field Sales Executive - Industrial Packing

Prajwal Pacovation is an established industrial packaging solutions company based in Bengaluru, operating since 1998. We provide a wide range of packaging materials, consumables, machinery and automation solutions to manufacturing and industrial customers.

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Field Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities, acquire customers and expand our presence in the industrial packaging market.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, conducting factory visits, understanding packaging requirements, presenting suitable solutions and converting opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers across manufacturing and industrial sectors.
• Conduct regular field visits to factories, manufacturing units and prospective customers.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references and direct market visits.
• Meet purchase managers, production managers, plant heads and other decision-makers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packaging products and machinery.
• Promote the company's range of packaging consumables, machinery and automation solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and commercial discussions to close orders.
• Negotiate with customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and new business opportunities.
• Maintain regular reports of customer visits, leads and sales pipeline.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales or business development.
• Experience in industrial sales, packaging, machinery or manufacturing sectors will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to independently identify prospects and develop new business.
• Strong sales orientation and target-driven approach.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Bengaluru and surrounding industrial areas.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Valid driving licence and personal two-wheeler preferred.
