Job SummaryWe are looking for a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site technical support, machine installation, maintenance, and breakdown services at customer locations across Bengaluru.
- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customer locations to provide technical support and resolve service complaints.
- Install, test, and commission new machines and equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance under warranty and service contracts.
- Diagnose and repair machine breakdowns and technical issues.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure timely service.
- Promote and sell Annual Service Contracts (ASC) to customers.
- Support the sales team with product demonstrations and technical information.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Maintain service records and provide regular updates.
- EligibilityITI in Electrical / Electronics / Electrical & Electronics or
- Diploma in Electrical & Electronics / Electronics Engineering.
- Freshers can apply; experienced candidates are also welcome.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Kannada language proficiency required.
- Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
