Job Description

  • Marketing sales hIdentifying and developing new business opportunities through field visit, networking, and client interactions, Manpower deputation with new recruitments as & when new clients acquired or replacements.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
  • Promoting and presenting company products/services to prospective clients.
  • Achieving sales and business development targets set by the management.
  • Coordinating with the internal team for smooth execution of client requirements.
  • Preparing regular reports on field activities, client meetings, and sales progress.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, ethical practices, and professional standards.
  • Self-grooming with given uniform is must.
