1. Meeting day to day sales and customer service targets.
2. Should be ready to travel across the Bangalore city.
3. Should achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly targets.
4. Should develop & retain front end employees.
5. Should identify new locations and open stores.
6. Should implement and execute SOP.
Required Candidate profile
1. Minimum 3 to 5 years of Retail Pharmacy team / stores handling experience as Supervisor / Sr. Supervisor.
2.2nd PUC or Degree Graduate with Certificate.
3. D. Pharmacy/ B. Pharmacy / M Pharmacy graduate with KSPC certificate.
4. Must have handling experience of 5 to 8 retail store / pharmacy store sales operations.
5. Must be ready to travel across the area in Bangalore
6. Preferable male candidate, age around 30 to max 40 years.
