Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily floor operations.
- Welcome guests and ensure excellent customer service.
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve service-related issues.
- Assign duties and monitor the performance of service staff.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor staff grooming and discipline.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and service standards.
- Support upselling and revenue generation.
- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2–4 years of experience in F&B service.
- Previous experience as a Captain or Senior Associate preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of food menus, beverages, and service standards.
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally.
- Well-groomed with a positive attitude.
