Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-groomed Front Desk Receptionist to join our spa and wellness team.

  • ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet guests professionally.
  • Handle customer calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and bookings.
  • Manage appointments and front desk operations.
  • Explain spa services, packages, and offers to guests.
  • Handle billing, payments, and daily reports.
  • Maintain guest records and follow up with customers.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
  • RequirementsGood communication and customer handling skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and Excel.
  • Presentable, confident, and well-groomed.
  • Previous spa, salon, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
