Job Description
For a Bangalore based Wellness Client:
Customer Engagement & Wellness Consultation - Greet customers, understand their needs, explain therapy benefits and procedures, and recommend suitable wellness services and packages.
Inside Sales & Customer Follow-up - Handle digital leads, engage prospective customers, conduct follow-ups, convert enquiries into bookings/enrolments, and contribute to sales through performance-based incentives.
Centre Operations & CRM Management - Manage customer registrations, update CRM and sales records, respond to customer queries, maintain relationships, and support smooth day-to-day centre operations.

Other requirements
Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, wellness or related fields.
Candidates with excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Individuals who are confident, pleasant, customer-focused and comfortable with sales conversations.
Candidates willing to work in rotational shifts and 6-day working schedules.
Those who are eager to learn wellness services, customer engagement and centre operations.
Hindi-speaking candidates will have an added advantage.
