Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell A. O. Smith home appliance products to customers.
- Explain product features, specifications, benefits, pricing, and offers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Generate leads through store visits, customer enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and retail partners.
- Check product availability, display, pricing, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with dealers and store staff to improve product sales.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Maintain daily sales and customer interaction reports.
- Handle customer queries and provide basic product information and support.
