Job Description
*📌 Responsibilities - Sales Manager / Sales Executive (Loans)
- Drive sales of Home Loan, LAP, Business Loan, Personal Loan, Credit Card, Car Loan etc.
- Responsible for Client Acquisition, Lead Generation & Relationship Management
- Achieve Monthly & Quarterly Sales Targets as per business plan
- Team Handling, Training & Motivation (For Manager role)
- Coordination with Bank/NBFC partners for loan processing & disbursement
- Maintain client database, follow-up and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Report daily sales activities to Area Sales manager
