Job Description
Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
Take customer orders, process billing, and handle payments accurately.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure food quality, portion control, presentation, and timely service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, service area, dining area, and equipment.
Follow food safety, personal hygiene, and health and safety guidelines.
Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and FIFO (First In, First Out).
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Support opening and closing activities, including cleaning and equipment checks.
Coordinate with team members to achieve service time, sales, and customer satisfaction targets.
Follow company policies, operational standards, and uniform requirements.
