Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced and responsible Housekeeping Supervisor to manage housekeeping staff, maintain cleanliness standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day housekeeping operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage housekeeping staff and daily activities.
• Allocate duties and prepare staff work schedules.
• Monitor cleanliness and hygiene across the facility.
• Ensure proper cleaning of rooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces.
• Train and guide housekeeping employees on cleaning procedures.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and staff performance.
• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning materials and housekeeping supplies.
• Coordinate with management and other departments to address housekeeping requirements.
• Handle customer or management complaints related to cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Prepare daily housekeeping reports and update management.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in housekeeping supervision.
• Experience in hospitals, hotels, healthcare facilities, or corporate offices is preferred.
