Job Description
- Supervise and monitor the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
- Allocate duties and work schedules to housekeeping team members.
- Inspect rooms, offices, common areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Train, guide, and evaluate housekeeping staff performance.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate replenishment as required.
- Report maintenance issues and follow up on corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle guest or employee complaints related to housekeeping services and resolve them promptly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping reports.
