Job OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and responsible Driver HR Executive to manage driver recruitment, onboarding, attendance, documentation, and employee coordination for our car and taxi services operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability of drivers, maintaining driver records, and handling day-to-day driver-related HR activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment of drivers for car and taxi operations.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Coordinate driver interviews and selection processes.
• Manage driver onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
• Verify driving licences, identity proofs, address proofs, and other necessary documents.
• Maintain driver databases, attendance, leave records, and employee information.
• Coordinate with drivers regarding duty schedules, availability, and shift timings.
• Handle driver queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR-related issues.
• Follow up with drivers to ensure regular attendance and availability.
• Coordinate driver training and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support driver retention initiatives and manage employee engagement activities.
• Prepare daily and monthly driver recruitment and attendance reports.
• Eligibility & RequirementsEducation: Any Graduate (Mandatory).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
• Good coordination and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle driver recruitment and workforce management.
• Knowledge of HR activities, recruitment, and employee documentation.
• Candidates with experience in driver recruitment, fleet management, logistics, transportation, or cab services will be preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and coordination skills can also apply.
