HR INTERNSHIP EXECUTIVE (FRESHERS GRADUATES ONLY )

Muthoot Group is looking for self-starting, innovative and ambitious recent graduates , who are passionate about the HR industry and would like to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Recruitment leads, HR Manager Corporate Team and the Business Heads. You will join a team that is obsessive about delivering exceptional service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1) Source candidates from different job portals and Social media

2) Connect daily with candidates for closing the open requirements, explain to them about the job role and company profile.

3) Scheduling interviews with business teams and collecting feedback.

4) Update our internal database with new employee informations.

5) Verifying all the joinings initiated by Regional HR .

6) Issuing offer letters and initiative BGV for all offered candidates , 

Any Degree with Zeal and to Build Career in HR industry with south indian languages added advantage

Great communication as well as interpersonal skills, quick learner, good in researching and finding solutions

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment requiring strong initiative, creativity, collaboration, self-reliant and passion to learn

Excellent in presentation skills with the ability to portray a strong professional image Strong people assessment skills
