Job Description
Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees.
Handle employee attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Conduct employee induction, training, and development programs.
Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues.
Monitor employee performance and support appraisal processes.
Ensure company policies and HR procedures are followed.
Manage employee engagement, discipline, and workplace communication.
Coordinate with management on manpower planning and HR requirements.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Prepare HR reports related to attendance, recruitment, turnover, and employee performance.
