Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Service, Operations & Support positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, WorkIndia, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Manage bulk hiring and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate interviews with Branch Heads and Department Managers.
• Follow up with selected candidates for offer, documentation and joining.
• Maintain daily recruitment MIS, interview, selection and joining reports.
• Coordinate with branch HR teams regarding manpower requirements.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
• Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets and provide regular hiring updates.

Candidate Requirements:

• Any Graduate; MBA/PG in HR is an advantage.
• 1–4 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Bulk hiring experience preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong sourcing and candidate follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
• Automobile/dealership recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
