HR Recruiter

Job Title: HR Recruiter / HR Executive

We are hiring an HR professional for our office in Koramangala, Bengaluru, to manage end-to-end recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

• Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.

• Support performance appraisals, employee engagement, and development initiatives.

• Coordinate with clients and vendors.

• Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

• Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.

• Coordinate with department managers on workforce planning and HR initiatives.

Requirements

• A graduate degree is compulsory.

• 2–4 years of HR experience required.

• Knowledge of recruitment practices and HR processes.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Own transport is mandatory.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
