HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Sourcing

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar and grey-collar positions, from job requisition to offer and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, local outreach, walk-in drives, campus and community channels, and recruitment agencies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and recurring roles.

Screening and Selection

• Conduct initial screening, skills assessments, and interviews for operational roles.
• Verify candidate documents, references, and background checks in line with company and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.

Onboarding and Employee Engagement

• Plan and run onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Act as a first point of contact for frontline employees on HR queries, attendance, and grievances.
• Support retention initiatives to reduce early attrition.

Compliance and Administration

• Ensure hiring practices comply with labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records, offer documentation, and recruitment reports.
• Track key metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with department heads, operations managers, and vendors to forecast manpower needs.
• Support workforce planning for seasonal peaks and new site openings.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, such as restaurants, QSRs, cafés, hotels, or catering.

• Experience hiring for high-volume roles such as cooks, service staff, stewards, and kitchen helpers.
• Prior experience with campus, walk-in, or mass-hiring drives.
• Familiarity with staffing agencies, vendor management, or contract workforce hiring.
• A professional HR certification
