Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing: Make outbound calls to applicants from job portals, databases, or social media channels.
Screening: Validate candidate details including work experience, educational background, current location, and salary expectations.
Initial Interview: Conduct brief phone screenings to gauge basic English/Hindi communication skills and interest levels.
Scheduling: Coordinate interview timings between interested candidates and senior HR recruiters or department managers.
Data Tracking: Update candidate statuses, call outcomes, and feedback daily inside the company's CRM or Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Target Delivery: Meet daily key performance indicators (KPIs) for dial volume, connected calls, and daily candidate joinings/walk-ins
