Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand manpower requirements from collection/operations managers.
- Plan recruitment according to business volume and client requirements.
- Ensure positions are filled within the agreed recruitment timeline.
- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, consultants, walk-in drives, and local recruitment
- Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Discuss salary, incentives, working conditions, location, and other employment terms with selected candidates.
- Coordinate offer/appointment documentation.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Maintain offer-to-joining and joining-status reports.
- Complete joining formalities and HR documentation.
- Coordinate induction and orientation
