Job Description

Position: HR Recruiter


Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic HR Recruiters to join our team. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome!


Responsibilities:


Source and screen candidates.


Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.


Maintain recruitment trackers.


Achieve hiring targets within deadlines.


Eligibility:


Qualification: B.Com / BBA / MBA / BA or any relevant degree.


Languages: Hindi, English, Tamil, and any two regional languages.


Good communication skills and a target-oriented mindset.


Work Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru

Salary: ₹15,000 + Incentives

Working Hours:


Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM


Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM


4th Saturday: Work From Home
