Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Full-Time HR Recruiter to manage our end-to-end recruitment process. In this role, you will be responsible for candidate searching, resume screening, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating final hiring decisions to bring top talent to our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Search & Sourcing:
• Proactively source qualified candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and professional networks.
• Post and manage open positions on relevant job boards and social media platforms.
• Candidate Review & Screening:
• Review incoming resumes, portfolios, and applications to evaluate candidates against role requirements.
• Shortlist high-potential candidates and maintain an organized candidate database / Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Interviews & Selection:
• Conduct preliminary phone and video screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate secondary interview rounds between short-listed candidates and hiring managers.
• Gather interview feedback, summarize findings, and present final candidate recommendations to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a generalist HR role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with ATS software, job boards (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri), and basic MS Office/Google Workspace tools.
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong assessment skills, and effective time management.
