GOING TO SCHOOL is on a mission to empower girls, the younger generation of girls who can fix things by themselves, innovate products, solve real-world problems through technical skills, and can make this living place sustainable and eco-friendly

Are you a girl / women who loves building, creating, fixing and teaching those skills to young generation girls and kids grade (6-10)  ? We are looking for passionate females who can solve real-world problems to join this journey; the only thing we care about is the skill, not the degree. WE NEED SKILLS!

You’ll get the opportunity to step into the field, work and tech young girls and kids, share your skills and inspire them to become future problem solver, will work with story writer, Curriculum developers, Engineers, designers, story teller, problem solvers, researchers.  

JOB ROLE:- 3D modeller / CAD designer

Skills required:- CAD software (SOLIDWORKS, TINKER CAD, FUSION 360)

You will be the person who convert given ideas and concepts sketches into digital reality through CAD tools, 3D modelling of day to day product/parts. And will share your skills with girls from grade 6-10 in government schools to empower the young girls and encourage them to be future CAD modeler

JOB ROLE:- Electrician / Electrical fix it expert / Appliance troubleshooter / Mechanical fix it expert

Skill required:- understanding basic electrical circuits, can fix day to day life products repair/ replace/ test

Read and understand wiring diagram and circuit layouts, knowledge of household electrical appliances (motors, switch boards, controller, lighting unit) basic knowledge of PCB boards and electronics components. Can teach girls practice of safe handling of electricity. have abilty to repair, replace and test faulty components and explain electrical in a simple way to kids

JOBE ROLE:- Prototype maker

Skill required:- industrial design modeller, clay modelling, foam & thermocol modelling

You have to build real functional prototype which are innovative , universal by using clays, foams and have to do rapid prototyping from eco friendly material. Have to give ergnomic shape and industrial design As the concept develop you have to use rapid prototyping techniques and share those crafting skill to young generation and empower girls with those skills

JOB ROLE:- 3D ANIMATORS

Skills required:- Autodesk maya, blender, Capcut, adobe illustrator

You have to create animation of how everyday things (fan, Ac, mixers, switches, machine)   the technical concepts will be shared by the engineer, what happen to the things inside when something goes wrong you have to animate, before solution animated video and after solution animated videos and have to share skills insights with the school girls and kids have to tech them simple interface animation in fun and easy way Job Responsibilities

Deliver digital skills sessions in government schools.

Teach digital and technical skills, MS Office, internet usage, online safety, and basic coding.

Conduct interactive activities, games, and project-based learning.

Support students in building confidence, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Maintain attendance, learning progress, and daily reports.

Travel locally to schools and work collaboratively with the training team.

Eligibility & Skills

Any Graduate / Undergraduate.

Freshers are welcome.

Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.

Good communication and classroom facilitation skills.

Basic coding knowledge (Scratch/Python) is an added advantage.

Kannada and English language proficiency is required.

Interest in working with students, especially girls, is essential.
