Language: Hindi is mandatory

Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts

For Males:

• 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

For Females:

8am to 5pm or 10am 7am

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
• Explain Stable Money’s products, features, and benefits to customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Convert potential leads into interested customers and achieve sales targets.
• Follow up with interested customers to improve conversion rates.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
• Build positive customer relationships and ensure a good customer experience.
• Requirements:Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Customer-focused attitude and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and handle customer objections.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
