Job OverviewBajaj Capital is hiring male candidates for the position of Inside Sales Executive at its Hebbal branch. This is a fully office-based role involving customer interaction, lead generation, follow-ups, and sales of financial products.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
• Explain the company's financial products and services.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Eligibility CriteriaGender: Male candidates only
• Qualification: PUC and above
• Age: 19–35 years
• Language: Kannada is mandatory.
• Work Type: Fully Work from Office (WFO)
• Salary & BenefitsTake-Home Salary: ₹18,000 per month
• CTC: Up to ₹27,000 per month
