Job Description
Role Summary : We are looking for a customer-focused Inside Sales Associate to manage top-of-
funnel customer interactions and convert potential leads into customers. The role involves handling
outbound and inbound customer queries, nurturing leads, maintaining accurate CRM records, and
achieving assigned sales targets and KPIs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication
skills, a customer-centric approach, resilience, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced
environment.
