Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for Personal Loan, Home Loan, and LAP products.

• Contact prospective customers through assigned leads and explain suitable loan options.

• Understand customer financial requirements, income profiles, and basic loan eligibility.

• Explain loan features, interest rates, repayment terms, and documentation requirements.

• Personal Loan: Handle unsecured loan enquiries and assist customers with eligibility checks and application login.

• Home Loan: Generate leads for property purchase, home construction, and home purchase financing.

• LAP: Identify customers seeking funds against residential or commercial property and explain the loan process.

• Collect required customer, income, and property documents for further processing.

• Follow up for document collection, application login, approval, and disbursement.

• Coordinate with credit, operations, and banking teams for smooth application processing.

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

• Maintain accurate call records, lead trackers, and application status reports.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
