  • Position DetailsLocation: Bengaluru
  • Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
  • Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years in Sales
  • CTC: Up to ₹3.6 LPA + Attractive Variable Pay

Language RequirementsFluent English is mandatory.

Candidates must be fluent in one of the following combinations:

  • English + Hindi + Kannada
  • English + Hindi + Tamil
  • English + Hindi + Marathi

Role OverviewWe are looking for a result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to engage with prospective customers, understand their requirements, recommend relevant NoBroker solutions, and drive conversions.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Explain NoBroker products, services, and subscription plans.
  • Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM.
  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Candidate Requirements6 Months – 2 Years of relevant sales experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills with fluency in the required regional language combination.
  • Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
  • Prior experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, or Customer Sales is preferred.
  • Willingness to work from the office in Bengaluru.
