Job Description

Location: Bangalore | Work from Office

Type: Full-time


We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to connect with prospective learners and drive enrolments for Skillcase’s courses and career programs.


What You’ll Do


  • Call and engage with leads generated through marketing campaigns
  • Understand learner requirements and recommend relevant Skillcase programs
  • Explain course benefits, fees, structure, and career opportunities
  • Follow up with interested leads and convert them into enrolments
  • Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
  • Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM


What We’re Looking For


  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or education sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls
  • Strong persuasion, follow-up, and closing skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can also apply
