Job Description
1)Own the full inside-sales funnel: inbound leads from Meta/Google ads, webinars, website, walk-ins and referrals → counselling call → campus visit/demo → enrolment.
2)Make around 50 quality dials a day across fresh leads, follow-ups and re-engagement of old leads. Run structured career-counselling conversations with B.E./B.Tech/Diploma students and early-career professionals.
3)Understand each lead's background, goals and objections, and map them to the right program.
4)Convert leads into paid enrolments and hit monthly admission and revenue targets.
5)Coordinate campus visits, lab demos and trainer interactions with the operations team.
6)Follow up relentlessly on WhatsApp, calls and email — most enrolments happen on the 4th–7th touch, not the 1st.
7)Maintain clean CRM hygiene: every call logged, every lead staged, every follow-up scheduled.
8)Share ground-level feedback with the marketing team on lead quality, objections and what messaging is working.
9)Support batch-launch pushes, webinar registrations and campus events.
