Job Description
What You'll Do:
- Install and support high-impact tech: Access Control, Time & Attendance, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Smart Workspace solutions, and more across client sites
- Work on electronic circuits and wiring for secure and connected environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
- Train end-users and empower them to fully leverage our solutions
- Be the trusted, friendly point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
- Contribute invaluable feedback to improve products and services
