Job Description
We are hiring Telesales processes. Candidates with sales experience in credit cards, personal loans, or insurance are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound sales calls and promote products/services
- Understand customer requirements and close sales effectively
- Resolve customer queries professionally
- Achieve sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction
- Update customer details and maintain records accurately
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Minimum 6 months experience in sales/BPO/customer service
- Good communication skills in English and any regional language
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Age between 18 to 32 years
