Interior Sales

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager to lead our premium home interior

Experience Centre. The ideal candidate will seamlessly blend a background in interior design with a

proven track record in high-ticket sales, team leadership, and revenue generation. In this role, you

will be directly responsible for driving conversions, managing the centre floor, and ensuring that the

onsite design and sales teams consistently meet and exceed their monthly productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the centre's design and sales teams to ensure

all performance and revenue targets are met.

• Sales Management: Drive the end-to-end sales pipeline from initial customer walk-in to final

conversion, ensuring a high close rate and premium customer satisfaction.

• Design & Consultative Oversight: Provide design expertise and guidance to both customers

and team members, ensuring all concepts align with brand standards and client

expectations.

• Performance Monitoring: Track monthly sales metrics and productivity KPIs for both design

and sales functions, implementing proactive strategies to hit targets.

• Customer Experience: Ensure every visitor to the Experience Centre enjoys a premium,

consultative, and seamless luxury journey.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with central design, marketing, and

operations teams to align on promotional strategies and business goals.

• Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to upgrade team skills in

consultative selling techniques, product knowledge, and current design trends.
