We are looking for an enthusiastic Interior Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, understand their interior requirements, and convert leads into successful projects. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in interior design.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads and customer enquiries for interior projects.
• Understand clients’ requirements, preferences, budget and timelines.
• Explain interior design solutions, services and project offerings.
• Coordinate with the design and project teams for customer requirements.
• Schedule client meetings and site visits.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
• Prepare and share quotations and proposals with customers.
• Negotiate and close sales as per company guidelines.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.
• Build strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
• Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in interior sales, real estate sales, furniture sales or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-handling and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Basic knowledge of interior design, materials and space planning is an advantage.
• Comfortable with client meetings and site visits.
• Candidates with a strong sales attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
