International Voice Process – US TelecomPosition: International Voice Process Executive
Process: US Telecom Voice Process
Experience: Minimum 1 Year of International Voice Process Experience
Location: Koramangala / Mahadevpura, Bangalore
- Job HighlightsSalary: Up to ₹50,000 per month
- Working Days: 5 Days Working
- Week Offs: 2 Days Off
- Cab Facility: Two-way cab facility available
- Shift: US/International voice process shifts
- Eligibility CriteriaPUC / Graduation or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience is mandatory
- Excellent English communication skills
- Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to work in rotational/US shifts
- Freshers are not eligible
- DocumentationUAN verification/check will be applicable
- All relevant employment and educational documents are mandatory
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls for the US Telecom process
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information regarding telecom products and services
- Maintain call quality and meet process performance targets
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements
